For full screen on 1280x720 resolution try this files (complet iGO FOLDER) . You must unrar the igo.rar , after copy all files on phone and install the igo.apk from that folder. After you install it you must download maps from internet (http://thepiratebay.se/) and add that files in iGo/content/maps
Drive Safe !

TESTED ON : HTC ONE X, SAMSUNG Galaxy S3, Galaxy Nexus
maybe work on other devices (with this and other resolution) but i can't test it
